The NWA Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Championship is the tag team title in the National Wrestling Alliance's Mid-Atlantic territory. It started out as the NWA Atlantic Coast Tag Team Championship in 1968 and was renamed in 1973. It was defended in Jim Crockett Promotions until it was abandoned in 1985. It was revived in 1999 for the Mid-Atlantic territory.
